As part of Axel Johnson International we have a clear strategy on how to drive sustainable business. This involves everything from how we define our customer offering through the actions of our organization, to how we chose suppliers and produce and deliver our products and solutions. EMPLOYEE CODE OF ETHICS
Our code of ethics addresses the rights and responsibilities of all employees and covers ethical issues at the individual level as well as providing policies to guide business practices. It is a reminder that every action matters, every day. All employees acknowledge the code of ethics.

All employees at OCS participate in a digital training course called
The Sustainability Journey. This training is an important part of our systematic work towards a more sustainable business model, as it provides a foundation for making sound and viable decisions for the future.


SUPPLIER CODE OF CONDUCT
The purpose of our Supplier Code of Conduct is to ensure that the suppliers we engage with operate in accordance with internationally recognized standards on human rights, labor rights and environmental responsibility. Just as we adhere to these principles, we expect the same of our suppliers. Compliance with the terms of our Supplier Code of Conduct is a precondition for any supplier agreement or contract.
Suppliers are assessed based on their ability to deliver goods and services of good quality, high delivery reliability and level of service, good credit rating, good price, and off course, how their goods and services affect the environment.

CONSERVATION OF ENERGY
As a part of our CO2 strategy, we are proud to be part of enabling the establishment of Sweden’s largest solar park together with 9 of our sister companies within the Axel Johnson group. OCS will purchase solar energy from the park for the coming 10 years. Through this initiative, we will increase the amount of renewable electricity in the Swedish market.

We deliver safe and secure conveyor solutions. Our systems are quiet, clean and ergonomic to secure a good work environment for the operators.
GOOD PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
Our conveyor solutions are quiet, clean and oil-free with long lifetime and thus require a minimum of maintenance.


ENERGY
Our conveyor solutions creates energy efficient production flows through continuous optimization. We strive to save energy for our customers by using the best technology – e.g., automatic shut down of inactive motors to save energy and optimize output.
CUSTOMER VALUES
With extensive experience and know-how from a range of different industries around the globe, we support our customers in choosing the best solution for their business. Both to improve safety, work conditions, resource efficiency and how to extend lifetime of products. Every project is developed in close collaboration with the customer.


RECYCLING
We actively promote recycling, both amongst our own employees and in our customer deliveries. We strategically work to minimize waste by evaluating operations and ensuring they are as efficient as possible.
A HAPPY WORKPLACE
Happy and Healthy employees is the most important factor for a sustainable business model. At OCS, we care about our employees, their development and well-being. We include all employees in a health insurance, offers health controls every two years as well as a yearly wellness allowance to motivate good health.


CSR CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY
We are taking our corporate social responsibility seriously and are very proud to have achieved Bronze level in the 2020 Ecovadis CSR Rating.

Since 2015, we have been quality and environmental certified within ISO 9001 Quality and ISO 14 001 Environment.
Our quality management system means that we continuously and systematically develop and improve our working method with focus on both customers, suppliers and other stakeholders.
